Mon. Oct 19th, 2026

The Cleveland Browns carry a three-game winning streak into Sunday’s road matchup against the New York Jets, sitting atop the AFC North at 3-1 for the first time since 2021. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. Eastern at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, with CBS carrying the broadcast.

A win would give Cleveland a 4-1 start for the first time since the 2020 season, when the Browns finished 11-5. The team is on extended rest after a 27-24 upset win over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday, Oct. 1. The Jets sit at 1-3 on a three-game losing streak after a 23-12 loss in Chicago last weekend.

The Browns will be shorthanded on the interior of their defensive line. Cleveland ruled out tackles Mason Graham, Mike Hall Jr. and Kalia Davis for Sunday. Graham, the fifth overall pick in the 2025 draft, sprained his MCL and ankle against the Steelers. He ranks fifth in the NFL with a team-high four sacks. Hall hurt his ankle but finished the game, while Davis stays on injured reserve with a quad issue.

Veteran Maliek Collins and second-year lineman Adin Huntington anchor the rotation, with Huntington expected to make his first NFL start. He played a career-high 48 defensive snaps against Pittsburgh with four tackles, a sack and three quarterback hits. Cleveland also ruled out receiver Tylan Wallace with a knee injury.

The Jets will also be missing key pieces. Running back Breece Hall is out with a quad injury, and receiver Adonai Mitchell will miss a third straight game with a finger injury. Tight end Mason Taylor returns after missing two games with a thumb injury. The Jets are favored by 1.5 points despite their skid, and New York won the most recent meeting, 27-20, last November in Cleveland.
